What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no contact form, no advertising and no analytics, and it does not set cookies.

When you contact us

If you email, phone or message us, we receive what you send, such as your name, contact details and the details of your project. We use it to reply, prepare quotes, carry out the work, invoice you and keep the business records the law requires. Our lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running the business, and legal obligations such as tax and accounting.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing. We use ordinary service providers to run the business, such as email, hosting and accounting providers, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Records of work and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
